6th and B Garden is proud to present a reading of the first two acts of the screenplay, “SLAYING DRAGONS” by 2010 New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) fellow, Jen Lefever.
"SLAYING DRAGONS" follows the story of Delores Muntz; a 35-year-old imaginative homebody who falls in love with an eccentric old man and soon discovers an exciting world exists beyond the confines of her grandmother’s Jersey City row home. As her friendship blossoms and love takes hold, she slowly learns that life is meant to be lived, not feared even when the end result may be painful. There will be a short Q&A after wards with the author. We hope to see you there!
